Refund & Cancellation Policy

Loyal Love sells digital companion access. This policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewal access, and refund requests are handled before paid checkout goes live.

Digital access

Loyal Love provides access to AI companion chat, memory, and digital image/message credits. Because access is delivered digitally, used message/image credits and partially used billing periods are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by support.

Subscriptions

If a paid subscription is offered, billing terms will be shown at checkout before purchase, including price, billing frequency, trial terms if any, and renewal timing. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period.

One-time credits or passes

One-time digital credits or passes are intended for immediate access to companion features. Unused credits may be reviewed by support, but used credits are not refundable except where required by law.

How to cancel or request help

To cancel, change billing, or request a refund review, contact us at hello@loyal.love. Include the email or Telegram identity used for access, the approximate purchase date, and the issue you want us to review. Do not send full card numbers.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact support first so we can investigate access issues, duplicate billing, or accidental purchases. Fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity may result in suspended access.
